Yaxell 2 Stage Sharpener

The Yaxell 2 Stage Sharpener is an excellent accessory to retain the highquality performance of the ultrahard VG10 knives. It has two 400 whetstone wheels that suit single and doublebevel edges. Using either left or right hand slip the wet blade into one slot and with a pulling motion run its edge against the sharpening wheel 10 times. Repeat the same process on the other slot then wash the newly sharpened knife in lukewarm water to remove any debris. The Yaxell 2 Stage Sharpener is lightweight portable and made to simplify knife sharpening.
