Used for high precision, thin slicing of meats, fruits or vegetables, the Yaxell Mon Slicing Knife 23cm is well-balanced and easy to handle, so you can feel confident with more heavy-duty slicing tasks like carving through the Sunday roast. The knife's blade has a VG10 super stainless steel core for added strength while the wood-like handle is made of Canvas-Micarta, which is water-resistant, hygienic and lasts decades.

Cleaning and care Hand wash with lukewarm water and mild detergent then wipe to dry thoroughly. Store in a well-ventilated place preferably in a knife block, knife case or on a knife strip. Maintain by honing with a sharpening rod or grinding with the Yaxell 2 Stage Sharpener.
