The book tells the story in pictures to help people with intellectual disabilities or who struggle with written English, to understand a bit about life in prison. Sharing the story with someone else, or with a group, may help a person cope with the experience of being in prison.
This book is also a learning aid for prison staff working with prisoners who find pictures easier to understand than words. It is a useful tool to help prisoners and staff to understand each other better without relying on the written word. Age: Teens and Special Needs
