Zilzie Wines Selection 23 Prosecco retains maximum fruit flavour and freshness, mainly due to the harvest process where the temperature was at its coolest. The inherent varietal flavours are present after the juice is fermented in stainless steel with a neutral yeast strain. The wise was held on yeast lees to preserve freshness. The wine is only bottled after secondary fermentation has taken place, this helps retain a natural carbon dioxide resulting in a vibrant refreshing spritz.
