Return and Warranty Policy
We aim to sell quality products with warranty support where possible. All items come with 1 year parts replacement warranty support unless stated otherwise.


1. Change of mind and purchases made in error:
We provide a 30 day return window from date of delivery.
Such refunds are subject to a 30% restocking fee of the original purchase price.
Original freight costs are not refundable
Return freight costs are to be paid by the purchaser
The item must be returned in new, unopened, and unused condition


2. Dead-On-Arrival (DOA)
Our Dead-On-Arrival (DOA) policy is strictly 14 days from the Delivery Date.
Items arrived damaged or missing parts need be reported to us within 14 days from the delivery date. Where a product is provisionally determined as DOA we will arrange the replacement with no cost on customers. Cases reported after the DOA period will be charged for parts and delivery costs.


3. Faulty after 14 days from the date of delivery (Normal Warranty Condition)


Under Normal Warranty Condition, all products are warranted against failure or defect arising from normal domestic use for 12 months from the date of purchase. We will replace any part found to be defective in materials or workmanship.


The warranty does not cover paint damage, rust, corrosion, any modification, normal wear and tear, improper assembly or maintenance. Costs such as installation, assembly, disassembly and transport etc. are not covered by the warranty.


Buyers have the obligation to prove the status of the item(s) as required. For an item needs to be returned after the DOA period, return postage will be at the buyer's expense.


All parts replaced within the warranty period are covered for a minimum of 3 months. If the warranty on the item is greater than 3 months then the part will be warranted until the items warranty expires. All parts replaced outside the warranty period have a 3 month warranty.
