Warranty & Defective Goods Claims:



Admiral will authorize returns or repairs for warranty claims & defective goods provided:
- The fault occurs under normal circumstances during normal use and
- The fault is found to be caused by defective or faulty materials or workmanship and
- The unit has not been modified from it's factory specification other than work performed by Admiral or it's service agents and
- The customer can provide a valid proof of purchase showing the date and retailer it was purchased from
To make a warranty claim, please contact us via your Catch Account and we will arrange for a replacement or refund of the product.
Please note that if no fault is found with the product, you may incur shipping and handling expenses.


Change of Mind Returns:



Change of mind returns are reviewed on a case by case basis and may not always be authorised. If a change of mind return is authorised, the product(s) will be inspected upon return to ensure the return is eligible.
To be eligible:



1) The product(s) must be in new, unused condition, in original packaging where possible.
2) The return must be organised within 14 days of receiving the product(s)
3) Return postage and insurance will be at your own expense, and you will assume any risk of loss, theft or damaged goods during transit



If the return is accepted and eligible as per above, we will offer a refund excluding the inital postage cost.
Where these conditions are not met, we will contact you to arrange a return of the product(s) back to you at your own expense.



We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier.
