We strongly advise you to be sure of your selection before placing an order with us, as we must adhere to health regulations when accepting returned goods, we are unable to accept products which do not meet your expectations or simply not wanted due to 'Change of Mind’.


We will only replace items which are found to be faulty; an “exchange service” is not available because of the personal nature of our products. If a product has a manufacturing defect, then you should return that product to us for a refund/replacement.


Please retain your product packaging for the duration on the warranty period, as returns can be processed much more efficiently when the original packaging is included!


To return a defective product and unless otherwise stated, you must return the product within 30 days of purchase.


Before considering returning a product to adultshop please contact our customer service department via your Catch Account to discuss your issues and to obtain our 'Reply Paid' mailing address to save you the cost of freight.

Please note; if the recipient of your order is not home at the time of delivery, or refuses to accept the delivery, and the package is returned to us, fees and charges will apply to resend the package or be deducted from any refund. Please contact us for a schedule of fees and charges which may be incurred.
