With our large selection of lighting solutions, we are confident that you can find the right lights in our store. Our products will not only provide immediate, significant energy savings, but also help you create the desired ambience in any space.


Delivery discrepancies:
Any discrepancies must be reported as soon as is reasonable after the delivery, preferably within 24hrs. On arrival, if the packaging appears damaged it is recommended that this is marked on the delivery note before you sign.

Missing items:

On delivery: Should an item be missed or appear not delivered then we request that you notify us as soon as possible, preferably within 24hrs of initial receipt of delivery.

On assembly: Should a part appear missing from an item please report the item that is missing the part along with a description of the part you believe to be missing.
On both the above instances replacement goods will be despatched asap.

Faulty goods:

Damages: must be reported as soon as is reasonable after the delivery, preferably within 24hrs of receipt of goods.

Under Warranty: First instance report the fault to us with a full description of the alleged fault, we will then arrange an engineer to attend and either rectify the fault on site or advise on action needed to remedy. If the fault is deemed a manufacturers fault and the item is under guarantee then we will replace the faulty item FOC.

Not under Warranty: First instance report the fault to us with a full description of the alleged fault, we will then arrange an engineer to attend and either rectify the fault on site or advise on action needed to remedy.

Change of mind:

If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind about your purchase, Amonson Lighting will be pleased to offer you a refund provided that:

You can provide satisfactory proof of purchase;

The item is not a custom-made nor other special exception;

The item is in a saleable condition (i.e. the item is in its original packaging and the item is unused, un-assembled and as sold);

The item is not damaged in any way; and

The item needs to be returned within 14 days of the order being received.


The customer bears the risk of return and is responsible for the costs of return postage, where the customer will need to provide us with a tracking number for the returned product

Where the goods do not meet the criteria set out in this clause, the goods will be sent back to the customer at the customer’s cost.

If you wish to return an item after 14 days from the day of receiving. No return will be accepted.



In both cases, the buyer is responsible for all cost incurred during delivery. There might be other associated costs. contact catch support


All shipping charges are non-refundable.

When returning items please allow 10-14 days from the date of collection for your refund to be processed, we will send you an email to let you know when your refund has been processed. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
