We accept returns.
1. If you have changed your mind please request a return within 14 days after the item received.
Provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in a resalable condition, not damaged in any way.
The customer bears the risk of return and is responsible for the costs of return postage.
2. If your product was damaged during transit or if your product arrived faulty (within 7 days after arrival) please contact us immediately and we will arrange a return for exchange and we will cover the cost of return by supplying you with a return label.
3. You wish to make a warranty claim for any product you have purchased. The customer bears the risk and the cost of shipping the product to us.
All returns must be directed through Customer Service. Please do not return or post items before obtaining instructions from us - if you do, there is a risk that your returned item may not be identifiable and your returns may not be accepted.
In cases where the customer simply changed their mind and wishes to return the product (within 30 days) buyer will be responsible for shipping it back to us. Once the item is received and inspected Seekit will deduct the original shipping and handling fee from the refund.
