We only accept Refunds within 14 days (within the manufacturer's fault)
As we are a beauty company, all purchases are final as If the Packaging is Opened/Tampered, under the Australian Law we are not able to refund due to hygiene reasons. (Postage to be handled by the customer)
For our Electronic goods, we would exchange your product provided it has a manufacture fault with a new product (dependant on the suppliers approval)
