Refunds by law: In Australia, consumers have a legal right to obtain a refund from a business if the goods purchased are faulty, not fit for purpose or don't match the seller's description.


Change of mind: We have a 14-day after receiving the order. If you are not satisfied, or changed your mind about your purchase, you may request to return the item(s) within 14 days after receiving the order. The item must be returned unopened with all the original accessories and packaging.


Faulty/Damaged items: Please contact us via your Catch Account within 14 days after receiving the order. We will then provide further instruction on how to return the item. Upon receipt of the item and confirmation of the fault, we will provide a resolution either being a replacement, refund or exchange at no expense to you.


Warranty Claim and Returns Procedure In the event of returns due to warranty claims, please contact us via your Catch account to obtain an RMA (Return merchandise authorization) case number. Afterwards, you will be asked to send the item back in its original packaging with all contents where possible. Once item has been received and inspected, a refund of payment or replacement (if applicable) will be processed back to the customer.
