CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
For regular purchases made online - goods may be returned for a change of mind within 14 days from receiving your order.
Goods must be returned in brand new, unopened, unused condition.
All associated costs with the return, including shipping cost are at the customer's expense
*Please note that special orders and clearance lines are not eligible for change of mind returns.
WHAT IS THE RETURNS PROCESS?
- Contact us via your Catch account and let us know you wish to return your goods - we'll email you a return authorisation.
- Please return goods via a registered service as we do not accept responsibility for lost or damage during return shipping.
- When goods are received within the return period in brand new and sellable condition, we'll issue a full refund (less original freight). Goods not returned in this manner may be subject to restocking fee or be rejected for a refund.
Refunds will be provided back to the same payment type used at the time of purchase
HOW LONG DOES THE REFUND TAKE?
Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days of us receiving your returned goods. Once received, your returned goods will be assessed and funds will be returned via your original payment method.
WHAT IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY?
If you have a faulty item, please contact us via your Catch account. Depending on the nature of the fault, we may repair, replace or refund your purchase according to applicable Australian Consumer laws. As always, we’re here to help and want to make sure you're happy with your purchase and our service!
