Aussie Baby was established in 1996, located in Villawood, NSW and we distribute Australia wide. Aussie Baby continues to deliver a high standard of customer service, as well as a broad range of products. Our staff are focused on customer service being the number one priority, making sure that your orders are handled efficiently, and meeting your satisfaction without any hassles.


Consumer guarantees apply under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes the application of those guarantees. If a product has a minor defect, we will provide a repair or offer you a replacement. If a product has a major defect, you are entitled to:

- reject the goods and receive a refund
- reject the goods and receive an identical replacement, or one of similar value if reasonably available, or
- keep the goods and receive compensation for the drop in value caused by the problem.

If you think that a Product is defective you should contact us via Catch Messaging Portal. A photo may be requested to assist with the assessment of your claim. Where a Product is defective and needs to be replaced or repaired return shipping will be arranged at the expense of Aussie Baby.

Change of Mind Returns
- Items returned within 14 days of their original shipment arrival date in same as new condition will be eligible for a full refund.
- Refunds will be credit back to the original form of payment used for purchase.
- Customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns and shipping/handling fees of original purchase is non-refundable.
