All items will be shipped to buyer's address. If you are in a Suburb/Town, please put the Suburb/Town name on the City line directly
Please double-check your shipping address when you make the payment. Buyer is responsible for any extra postage cost caused by incorrect shipping address.
All items will be shipped within 24-72 business hours upon receipt of payment.
In most cases, delivery takes around 1-7 business days, it's highly depended on the efficiency of the shipping carrier. Estimated delivery date is calculated by carrier's system, delivery times may vary, especially during peak periods.
30 DAY MONEY BACK RETURN POLICY
If you are unhappy with your item for whatever reason, simply return it to us for a replacement, or refund.
The item must be in its original packaging/condition for change of mind purchases, please note a 20% deduction fee may applies to any change of mind returns which opened, used, or missing original packaging material.The buyer is liable for the return postage. This also applies to orders cancelled when the item has already been dispatched from our warehouse.
If the item is missing the original packaging, or in the original packaging but damaged, or unsaleable condition, then unfortunately we won't accept this return. All items we sell come with a unique serial number. The serial number of the returned item must match the item we sell.
DOA Warranty Claims Policy
DOA claims are eligible for a refund or replacement, given the following criteria are met:
We are notified of the issue within 14 days of the order date.
The item has been packed back into its original packaging, will all included accessories and documentation.
A replacement or refund will be issued after the faulty item has been returned to us.
Assessment may apply in some circumstances before a refund or replacement can be issued.
Standard Warranty Claims Policy
Items found to be faulty outside of the 14 Days DOA period will be subject to standard warranty terms. Please contact the product's manufacturer for troubleshooting and more details about warranty terms.
The customer will be responsible for any return postage costs.
The processing time is generally 2-4 weeks from when we receive the faulty unit.
The claim may result in a repair, new or refurbished replacement, or refund depending on manufacturer approval.
The customer should provide their invoice number and item's serial number when contacting us.
