All products distributed by Award RV Superstore are guaranteed by Award RV Superstore and the manufacturer of the goods. Warranty periods vary according to product. Any warranty claims is handled by the manufacturers of the goods. Warranties only apply to goods supplied within Australia for personal use.

All warranty covers manufacturing faults or defects in the original product. Damage or faults occurring from fair wear and tear, improper use, failure to follow instructions, failure to follow care and maintenance instructions, accidental damage, commercial use, alterations, severe weather events, animals, insects and acts of god are not covered by warranty.

The first step to get a warranty return under way is to contact us via Catch messaging system with your details, a description of the problem

From these details Award RV Superstore will be able to advise you of the of action which will usually be to either provide replacement parts or to initiate a return.

When an item is returned it will be inspected by Award RV Superstore or the manufacturer to confirm its a warranty issue. Once confirmed as a warranty issue by Award RV Superstore or the manufacturer as either a minor or major fault you will be notified. In the case of a minor fault the item will be repaired or replaced and for a major fault the item will be either replaced or refunded. This will be solely at the discretion of Award RV Superstore.

If a product is found to be faulty within 14 days of delivery, and Award RV Superstore has confirmed notification within this time frame, Award RV Superstore will cover the cost of any shipping required to or from the original delivery location in order to resolve the issue.

If a product is found to be faulty after 14 days from delivery of Award RV Superstore, it is the customer’s responsibility to return the product to Award RV Superstore.

Award RV Superstore will allow a return for or exchange product where you have changed your mind, provided that the item in question is:

returned within 14 days of receiving order;

as new and is not used, worn, or opened and has all original packaging and tags in-tact (including any package seals (if any) being unbroken);

in a resalable condition; and

not damaged in any way.

We cannot accept change of mind returns on items that come in sealed packages or boxes where seals are damaged or broken.

To return your item for change or mind, you must follow our returns process.

You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods, including the cost of return shipping. If the item is not received by us or the seller, you will not be eligible for a credit or exchange. We recommend you insure high value items that you return for change of mind.

You may be provided with a product exchange or refund (at our discretion) only when the returned product is received, and it complies with the requirements outlined above.

If the returned item does not meet the conditions of this policy, you will be responsible for the cost of receiving your returned goods back to your nominated address

Damaged in Transit

If a product arrives and is damaged you must notify us within 7 days of delivery, via the contact us tab. Award RV Superstore will cover the cost of any shipping, outside of the 7 days it is the customer’s responsibility to cover all freight to and from, unless agreed by Award RV Superstore. Some items purchased have Transit Insurance that can be either declined or accepted by the customer. If insurance is declined then any Damaged in Transit claim will be solely at the discretion of Award RV Superstore.

Lost in Transit

An item is deemed as "lost in transit" once it cannot be tracked by the carrier for a period of 7 days, this time limit will start once Award RV Superstore has been advised of the non-delivery. Confirmation from the carrier that the goods are "lost in transit", Award RV Superstore will send out a replacement order at its own expense.

Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 2 business days of being approved. Refunds are sent back using the original payment method (e.g. Paypal, Credit Card, Cash). Depending on your refund method it may take 4-5 business days for these funds to be made available in your account.
