Returns – Overview
We understand that circumstances beyond your control may arise and result in cancellation of an order. Carefully review any item’s features and pricing before purchasing. If you receive goods that are not meeting your expectations based on our listing, please contact the seller via Order History in your Account Dashboard. We will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Returns – Dead On Arrival
DOA (Dead on Arrival) items need to be reported within 5 business days of the received date. Please contact the Seller via the Order History in your Account dashboard. We will investigate your issues and advise you whether your product needs be returned and, where required, provide you with instructions on how to return your goods. We will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Returns - Warranty Repairs
Although we endeavour to provide quality product, we understand that warranties will arise. If you believe to have a fault with your goods, please contact us via the Account dashboard. We will investigate your issues and advise you whether the product may be returned and, where required, provide you with instructions on how to return your goods. Once the item is returned, we will investigate the claim and get back to you.

Defective Goods - Warranty Policy
All products purchased from AX-AUS carry a limited guarantee against manufacturing defects and faulty materials as defined by Australian Consumer Law. In the unlikely event that the product needs servicing under warranty during the defined warranty period, all parts used and labour to affect the repair will be supplied free of charge. Costs of removal and installation (if any) are not covered under this warranty. We reserve the right to determine whether damage has been occasioned by improper installation or operation whereby the warranty would be void.
It is imperative that when a fault arises, during use of goods, that its operation is ceased immediately. To seek warranty, the original purchaser must contact AX-AUS to discuss the individual defect and suitable solution. After making contact, the purchaser will need to return the defective unit with suitable proof of purchase and a full description of the defect to our supplier’s service centres. All freight charges incurred for transportation by the original purchaser, are the purchaser’s responsibility. If the item is under warranty, AX-AUS will organise return of the repaired or replaced item.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
