Please kindly contact our customer service team via Catch messaging immediately (within 7 working days since the item delivered) if there are any issues with your purchase. We will replace/send parts or offer compensation for faults with the item or get it returned if necessary. If parts can be replaced but you still wish to return, that will be considered a change of mind return.


Any returned product must be in the same condition as received and in the original packaging. A refund or replacement will not be provided if products are being misused, mishandled or mistakenly installed. You are required to provide images (or a short video clip if more appropriate) and a detailed description of the damaged/faulty. Once assessed and approved by our customer service team, you will be contacted to proceed with the return, refund or replacement process. Please do not attempt to return the item without our approval, a refund will not be given in this case.


We only accept a change of mind within 14 days of receiving the order. The product has to be in brand new sealed in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost for change of mind returns.
