Our staff and management team provide a premium level of customer service, support and product knowledge, which we believe is the fundamental ingredient to our ongoing success.


If you want to return an item due to change of mind, Baby and Toddler Town will endeavour to offer an exchange or credit facility.

Goods must be returned within 14 days of receiving the order with proof of purchase.

Goods must be as new and is not used, worn or opened and has all original packaging and tags in-tact (including any package seals (if any) being unbroken).

Good must be in a resalable condition and not damaged in any way

We cannot accept change of mind returns on items that come in sealed packages or boxes where seals are damaged or broken

You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods, including the cost of return shipping. If the item is not received by us, you will not be eligible for a credit or exchange.

If the returned item does not meet the conditions of this policy, you will be responsible for the cost of receiving your returned goods back to your nominated address

All warranty claims must be assessed by the manufacturer prior to any refund, exchange or credit being raised. All items sold by Baby and Toddler Town are covered by usual Manufacturer's warranty.

To make a warranty claim, the buyer must return the item to be assessed back to Baby and Toddler Town at their own expense.
