Baby Online Direct warranty repairs, returns and exchanges are accepted providing the item meets the following criteria: Baby Online Direct will accept returns for change of mind with 48 hours. A full refund will be arranged excluding return postage charges providing the goods remain un-opened and are in an unused condition. Return freight charges will apply at buyers cost. For any returns within 21 Days, providing the goods remain un-opened and in unused condition, Baby Online Direct will provide an option to exchange for another item up to the same value or an online credit voucher for our online website can be provided. Return freight charges will apply at buyers cost. For all fault claims within warranty period please email info@babyonlinedirect.com.au with your order number, a detailed description of fault and also images / video of fault. Our customer service department will provide detailed instructions to commence your claim. All warranty repairs are at the discretion of the manufacturer. For all returns please email info@babyonlinedirect.com.au with a copy of your order number and detailed reason for return and our customer service department will provide detailed instructions to commence return process. ALL REFUNDS WILL BE PROCESSED ONLY WHEN ITEM HAS PHYSICALLY BEEN RETURNED BACK AND INSPECTED BY OUR CLAIMS DEPARTMENT.
