Bambury's Return Policy is as follows:


Change of Mind:

Return Period: 30 Days from Purchase Date.
Goods must be returned in Original with full packaging and Tags intact. To qualify for a full refund (less original order shipping costs), the item/s must be returned in original condition with full packaging and tags. Items covered under the Health Act (Bedding & Pillows) must be returned in full packaging and must not have been opened. If an item has been opened, it will only be refunded should the item turn out to be faulty.
On receipt of the returned item Bambury will assess and, if applicable, apply a full refund (minus any original order shipping fees) if the goods meet the above conditions.Should the item not be accepted due to an incomplete return or the item being damaged (due to the fault of the customer) Bambury has the right to reject the claim and the item will be returned to the customer at their cost.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

Return Period: 14 Days from Purchase Date
Please contact Customer Service with photographic evidence of Damage/incorrect item.
Bambury will arrange return, once the item is received back at Bambury's warehouse, a refund or replacement (if possible) will be arranged.

All refunds to be processed within 5 days of receiving returned item.
