14-Day Change of Mind Return:
We understand that you might change your mind. You have 14 days from the receipt to return the product in its original, unused condition and packaging. Please note, returns for change of mind are subject to a 15% restocking fee deducted from your refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Shipping Costs:

Change of Mind: Customers cover the shipping costs for change of mind returns. We recommend a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.
Faulty Items: If an item is returned due to a fault or defect within the 12-month warranty or under Australian Consumer Law, we will cover the shipping costs. We provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse your shipping expenses for a hassle-free return process.
Refund Process:
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

Exclusions:
