Warranty Claims
Eligible products are backed by a 12 Month Warranty from the date of purchase. Please only submit a claim if you are experiencing a legitimate fault with a product, if your order was damaged during transit or if your order is missing part. Please allow a minimum of up to 5 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) to investigate and resolve your claim. Please do not return or post items before obtaining instructions from Customer Service.
Before commencing, please ensure you have photographic or video evidence to back your claim.
Further investigation may be required. Where video evidence is required, please provide a clear and brief commentary of the issue. We are more than happy to help you and we look forward to assisting you as quickly as possible.

30 Day Change of Mind Guarantee
We offer a 30 Day Change of Mind (COM) Guarantee on eligible items, provided the below conditions are accepted:
- We are informed about COM within 30 days of purchase
- The product(s) is sealed, unused and are in their original packaging
- A 20% fee will apply for restocking, freight, logistics and administration
Incorrect Details or Address Provided
If a package is undeliverable and/or returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
