Faulty item: If an item is faulty, you can send us a photo for proof, or if the photo does not proof sufficient evidence you will need to return the item to us. We will replace the item or send a refund.
Change of mind: If you change your mind on a purchased item you may return the product and you are illegible for a refund. Refunds request for mistaken order or change of mind will attract $9.00 shipping & administrative fee. Before you return you must inform us within 14 days after the product is received. Customer pays for postage cost for return request and the product must be unused and undamaged.
