Tailgate Service: The shipping fee for the large items weigh more than 50kg includes a tailgate delivery service fee ($95). If you prefer to pick your item from a local depot, please advise us prior.
For deliveries within Australia of items up to 20kg and within 1m long, we use Australia Post's eParcel service. For Larger items we use a courier service; please note couriers are unable to deliver to PO Boxes so please ensure you provide a valid day time delivery address. To ensure your orders are delivered safe and sound you will need to sign to accept delivery. You must be home to receipt delivery of courier delivered items. Re-delivery charges apply.
You should also include a daytime phone number with your shipping details should we need to contact you if there are any problems with your delivery.
FREE SHIPPING:
Items with free shipping apply to most parts of Australia, but areas including the following will incur additional postage charges: Remote W.A, North QLD, N.T and Island areas.
Our staff will contact you after your order if you fall into these areas.

Shipping Time
All items are dispatched by Bigger Boyz Toyz within 24 hours of receiving your order. Delivery times are based on the following guidelines:
1 - 2 days - Sydney, ACT, Melbourne, Brisbane, Gold Coast
2 - 4 days - Rest of NSW, Rest of VIC
3 - 6 days - SA, QLD North, Perth
5-9 days - TAS, NT, WA
RETURN POLICY
If you've changed your mind or purchased in error you may be entitled to return the product for a partial refund. We must be notified within 30 days of you receiving the item, and it must be returned in original unused re-saleable condition with all tags and packaging in the following 14 days.
