You can return your item if it is not as described, faulty( see warranty terms) or damaged in transit.
Please contact us through your Catch account, and our friendly staff are here to help. Items damaged in transit have to be returned to us, replacement can take up to 14 days because of the time required for carriers transit damage claims.
We do not accept returns for change of mind or if the item is not suitable for your application. When possible, products have to be returned to us in original packaging with all manuals and accessories.
