RETURNS POLICY DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS ON DELIVERY


Should you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of the goods with the information below, and we'll get back to you as soon as possible. Please note that if you do not advise us of anything that may be wrong with your order (including missing or damaged products) within 24 hours from its delivery, we are unable to assist you further under any circumstance.


- Description of the damage to goods
- Description of the internal packaging
- Description of the external packaging
- Pictures of the damage to goods (as received upon delivery)
- Pictures of the internal packaging (left in the original packaging)
- Pictures of the external packaging (clearly showing the shipping label)


For any faulty items, we will issue a free return label, customers are required to ship including original package within 7 days of return label issued. Unless Bronx Homewares agrees to do partly replacement or other specific instructions. Bronx Homewares will not reissue a new free return label if:
- label expired
- customer did not ship the whole original items including original package


Please note if customer doesn't ship back the items as required or on time, customer will need to ship the rest of items on their own cost, Bronx Homewares will pause faulty item replacement if customer doesn't ship back the items as required.


RETURNS POLICY FOR CHANGE OF MIND OR INCORRECT CHOICE


For exchanges or returns when it comes to a change of mind or incorrect choice, Bronx Homewares will happily exchange, refund or store credit any undamaged item(s) less delivery fee if they are returned to us within 14 days of receiving your purchase. When returning this to us you must ensure the product and packaging is returned in the same condition as you received it. You can purchase a prepaid return label from us, please contact us for a quote.


- returned in its original condition;
- in its original unopened, and sealed packaging, and have all original packaging and tags in-tact (including any package seals (if any) being unbroken); and
- accompanied by proof of purchase (the sales receipt or another acceptable form of proof of purchase); and
- not damaged in any way.


Items posted are at the customer’s cost and risk, and freedom shall not refund customers for any products that it does not receive, or that it receives which are broken or damaged. The initial shipping fee charged to the customer to send the goods will not be refunded or credited. Where a customer returns goods as a change of mind return, and the goods do not meet the criteria set out in this clause, the goods must be sent back to the customer at the customer’s cost.



Return To Sender (RTS)
Please note, before placing an order, that the refusal of delivery or subsequent return of an order to us by Australia Post or a courier, defined as a "Return To Sender," will incur an additional flat rate of $15.95 per parcel (regardless of size). This charge covers the cost of returning the item to our warehouse and is reflective of what Australia Post or the courier charges us for this return service. The only exception to this fee is if a parcel is returned to us, and Bronx Homewares deems the product as faulty or damaged.

If a parcel is marked by Australia Post or the courier as "Return To Sender" for any reason, including but not limited to the following scenarios:

1. An incorrect address provided by the customer during checkout,
2. Customer refusal to accept delivery due to a change of mind,
3. Customer failure to collect the parcel from the Post Office or Agent before it is returned to us.
The flat rate fee of $15.95 will apply. If you wish to have the order sent back to you, you will need to re-order. Your original order will be refunded, minus the shipping fee (if any), and the $15.95 RTS fee.
