CaddyTek Pty Ltd warrants its product to be free from defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. CaddyTek Pty Ltd, at its option, shall repair or replace the defective unit.

Normal wear and fading of products are not considered a manufacturer's defect. This warranty does not apply to the damage of items used in connection with CaddyTek Pty Ltd products. In the case of deterioration due to normal use, we will repair the items for a normal charge. CaddyTek Pty Ltd is the sole judge of any warranty.

If the incorrect item is delivered, CaddyTek Pty Ltd is fully responsible for pick-up and re-delivery to remedy the case.

Generally speaking, CaddyTek Pty Ltd does not accept returns for refund or exchange, simply if you have changed your mind, ordered by mistake, found it cheaper somewhere else, have bought a gift that is unsuitable, or the circumstances have changed and you no longer require the goods, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it. We may however, at our sole discretion, allow a return for refund or exchange product on a case-by-case basis. Once your return request is approved, you will be required to meet the following terms and conditions:

(1) Item must be received back in brand new, unused, resalable condition, properly sealed in its original packaging. Items bearing any signs of use or damage will not qualify for a refund or exchange, and will be returned to the customer only upon payment of the appropriate postage.

(2) Buyer is responsible for the return postage.

(3) 15% (electronics) 20% (projector lamps) re-stock fee will apply.

(4) The original shipping charge will not be refundable. If the original shipping charges were free, $15 will be deducted for each delivery.
