Returns Policy:
Although we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind, we can refund the purchase price after deducting initial postage subject to the following conditions:
- Returned within 60 days of purchase with your proof of purchase
- Item must be in original condition (including packaging) and not used
If you request a refund, the original purchase price will be refunded to you using the original payment method after deducting the initial postage and handling cost of $10, once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets conditions above.
One Year Warranty -
With regards to warranty replacement, Caremax is proud to offer ONE year replacement warranty policy unless extended warranty is specified in product listing. This warranty is to cover machine unit but excluding all consumables like pads and cables. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for both returning your item and sending out a replacement unit.
