Cherry Blossom Clothing accepts returned item(s)
Orders can be returned to us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and unstained, including all swing tickets and tags (if it is cut, return won't be accepted).
Once Cherry Blossom Clothing has received your returned package, all returned items will be inspected before a refund is issued.
Cherry Blossom reserves the right to deny a refund if items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way.
You will be notified via your Catch account if your returned item is not suitable for a refund.
*The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable;
*The initial shipping fee charged to the customer to send the goods will not be refunded or credited.
*You will be responsible for covering the return cost of shipping, as well as the cost of shipping for the replacement item.
* The initial cost of shipping for orders with free shipping promotion will be deducted from the refund amount.
