Returns Policy
Cherub Baby offers a 30-day return policy, in which the customer has 30 days after receiving the item to request a return for items purchased.
The item must be in the same condition when it was received, unworn or unused, with tags/manuals, and in its original packaging and the receipt or proof of purchase.
The customer is responsible for the return postage. If the item is found to be faulty, Cherub Baby may refund the return postage within Australia. Cherub Baby will not be held responsible if the return product/s are damaged in transit or lost. Under no circumstances will a refund be issued if the product/s arrive damaged, used & not in original packaging with any tags or manuals.
