Warranty & Defective Goods Claims:
We will authorize returns for warranty claims & defective goods, provided:
- The fault occurs within the warranty period (12 months from date of purchase) and
- The fault occurs under normal circumstances during normal use and
- The fault is found to be caused by defective or faulty materials or workmanship and
- The product has not been modified from it's factory specification, (other than work performed by us or our service agents) and
- The fault is not caused by fair wear and tear
To make a warranty claim, please contact us via your Catch account and we will arrange for a return or otherwise appropriate resolution. These claims conditions are in conjunction with your consumer rights under the ACCC.
Please note that if no fault is found with the item, you will incur shipping and handling expenses.
Change of Mind Returns:
No Change of Mind returns will be considered.
