Christmas Warehouse Return Policy…
Warranty – 90 days from purchase date. Photo or video evidence may be required.
Damaged – 14 days from delivery with photo evidence required. Damaged articles will be exchanged only, unless out of stock.
Change of Mind – 14 days from purchase with credit for goods only processed upon return in original packaging. No return will be processed without a Christmas Warehouse issued “Return Authority”.
