You have the right to return all products you have bought from us for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving them.

All items have to be unused with labels and packaging intact. When you return or exchange any product, you must cover the shipping charges. As soon as we receive your return, we will process your exchange or refund request. Please note that you will not be reimbursed for the original shipping charges. Any refunds made by us will be processed back to the original payment method when you placed your order.

We do not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.

How to return or exchange Chusette products?

Please make sure to follow these steps to ensure your return is processed correctly and efficiently:

  • Please contact us via Catch messaging system, to receive the Return address

  • Send your items in original/sealed packaging (if applicable) and with the label intact along with the order number
  • Include instructions on how we should process your return (e.g. for refund, for exchange to another size, style, etc.)
  • For exchanges, please clarify the alternative product by specifying SKU/item number and size (please note that exchanges must be for applicable products of equal or lesser value)
  • As soon as we receive your return shipment, we will process your request and send you an email confirmation.
  • Please note that we cannot cover return shipping costs and that you are responsible for items lost in shipping.

If you have received the wrong product/size

Should you receive a delivery containing damaged or wrongly packaged item(s), the wrong size or product, please contact us through the Catch messaging system and we will do everything we can to correct our mistake. You will be provided with new products or a refund, depending on your preference. Important: Please state your order ID.

Can I exchange the item I ordered?

Unfortunately, we cannot exchange items for a different size, colour or model. Of course, you are welcome to place a new order if the item you would prefer is still available. Any returns will then be deducted from your new order.
