The Buyer must inspect the Goods on delivery and must within seven (14) days of delivery in writing of any alleged defect, shortage in quantity, damage or failure to comply with the description or quote. The Buyer shall afford Citilux an opportunity to inspect the Goods within a reasonable time following delivery if the Buyer believes the Goods are defective in any way. If the Buyer fails to comply with these provisions, the Goods shall be conclusively presumed to have been supplied in accordance with the Agreement and free from any defect or damage.
We accept change of mind return within 14 days after the order is received.
