- Items can only be returned once approved by a Coffee Parts team member after you follow the proceedure below.
- Return request must be within 14 days of purchase and returns must be received within 14 days of return request approval with an RMA number.
- Returns must be new and in their original packaging, as we cannot issue a refund on any goods that have been opened.
- We do not accept returns on any machines, electrical parts, books and dvds. So please choose wisely.
- Please notify Coffee Parts within 14 days of receipt of your order of any discrepancies or damaged products. We'll then get the ball rolling on our fuss-free returns process for you.
- The customer is responsible for any freight charges on returned goods unless the item(s) being returned have arrived damaged or faulty in which case we will send a return label.
- Goods that are recieved damaged or faulty will be repaired (if applicable), replaced or refunded once assesed by a Coffee Parts team member.
- Once a return has been approved, refund will be processed within 14 days to customers original payment method.
- We don't charge a re-stocking or processing fee for approved returns.
