Colour Splashed Kids is an Australian owned family business, Established in 2005. Colour splashed kids was born out of a desire to offer quality, purposeful and user-friendly products to parents with newborns to kindy age and above.

Just as our name suggests Colour Splashed Kids is all about kids, but most importantly our customers. Outstanding service is one of our most impressive qualities. A wonderful shopping experience is essential for our customers, so we are more than happy to go out of our way to ensure you receive nothing less than the best.

We are the trademark owner and distributor of our own brand Bright Bots. Our brand has been a household name on the Australian market since 1997. Our exclusive product colour range includes The Original Toilet Training Pants, Our Famous Wundies Undies, Muslin Squares, and brightly coloured terry-towelling nappy squares.

We also sell an extensive selection, ranging from baby safety products, clothing, toys, swimwear, educational items, manchester, and a huge range of accessories for children with special needs.

When sourcing products we have always asked the question ‘Would we buy it?’ Like any parents we want a good quality product that is also practical and at a reasonable price. By following this rule Colour Splashed Kids has built up a good reputation for quality products at excellent prices.

We try, where ever possible to recycle all our packaging reducing our waste to an absolute minimum. We also aim to keep our energy usage as low as we can to lower our carbon footprint.

Wrong Product or Damaged product
Products must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.
Please let us know and we’ll arrange the return at our own cost.
All items need to be in the original packaging for the return to be accepted

Change of Mind
We're happy to accept a change of mind return as long as:
Products are not used and still in the original packaging.
A restocking fee will apply to cover the original shipping paid from us to you, if the product is free shipping then a 20% Restocking fee will apply
Return shipping from you to us is not covered by us.
Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving them

WHERE do items need to be returned to?
Please contact us via your Catch messaging system prior to sending any item back and we’ll supply the address and the procedure to return it.

HOW do customers return items?
You’ll need to provide a copy of the Tax Invoice or any proof showing that you purchased the item from us.
You need to also describe the problem precisely and provide evidence to support your claim, and state whether you are requesting a replacement, repair, refund or credit.

SHIPPING for returns
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

CREDIT for returns
Refund will be given using the same payment method used when the item was purchased.
A refund or replacement will not be provided if products are being misused, mishandled or mistakenly installed.
Customers are responsible for following the instructions and advice given by the manufacturers.
