Cosmopolitan Living General Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel like every item is the perfect match for your home.

If it's not the right fit, we'll help you get it sorted and have you on your way.

Change of Mind Returns/Refund

You can return our product within 30 days of delivery so long as it has not yet been assembled/installed, and is returned in the original packaging in Resalable condition.

Kindly note, it is buyer responsibility to return item back to our warehouse at Campbelltown, Sydney, NSW 2560.

Requirements of Resalable condition means item must be:

Not used
Not assembled
Not damaged packed in the original packaging
Packaging not damaged
Include all unopened tools and hardware
Include assembly instructions
There are a few items that cannot be returned:
• Clearance items or Sell As It is Items.
• Bundled items at discounted rates (unless the entire bundle is returned)
• Items you have already assembled

Once items return to us, our quality control team will assess resalable condition of items. If confirmed that the product can put back to stock, we will process the refund on the product (excluding postage) and notify you.

If the product is damaged or cannot be returned to stock we will process a partial refund and notify you.

However, if your item is damaged or defective, these exceptions do not apply. In this case, we will take care of it and work with you to find the best solution.
