Free returns for all Australian customers. Item(s) need to be returned within 30 days of purchase; unworn and unused with the original tags still attached; and in the original packaging which must be in the original condition. Please note that refund amount applies to product(s) purchased only, any shipping costs are not refunded.
We are unable to offer change of mind refunds on the following items if the packaging has been opened for hygiene reasons: Hosiery and Undergarments, Stockings and Socks, Wigs and Wig Caps, Eyelashes and Contact Lenses, Faux Beards, Moustaches, Prosthetics: Fangs and Fake Teeth, Cosmetics, Inflatable Items and any item that has been worn or altered.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
