Refund Policy:

  • A full refund will be provided for change of mind if we are notified before the order has been packaged and/or posted.

  • If the order has already been packaged and processed for posting, a 20% processing fee will be withheld from the cost of the item and the balance refunded. 

  • Change of mind returns is accepted within seven (7) days of delivery to the customer. The item is required to be returned with all packaging in original condition. We also require you to send us a clear photo of the product by email prior to posting back to us. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the product is shipped to us safely. We will provide a refund, minus a 20% administration fee, upon the receipt of the items.

  • We will replace any items that are received by the customer in a defective state. The customer is required to get in touch with us within 14 days of the receipt of the device by email clearly explaining the damage. We will work with you to establish the type of defect prior to postage. Once received by us, we will examine the product and confirm the defect. If found to be faulty, a replacement will be shipped right away. If found to be not faulty, the same item will be shipped back to the customer (customer responsible for additional shipping costs in the case of the latter).
