If you are not entirely satisfied with your product or have any issue with your order we are here to help.
You can return your item within 30 days from the day you receive it.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused in the same condition you receive it. Your item must be in the original retail packaging well packed to avoid damage during transit.
Upon contacting us we will issue an R.A. (return authorization). A copy of the R.A. will be sent to you (via email). This contains instructions on how and where to ship the goods. Please ensure your goods are sent with a copy of the R.A. form (or at least the R.A. number). This ensures prompt service processing.
Once we receive your item we will inspect it and notify you we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you about the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original payment method.
When the reason for returning your order is because of damage during transit or faulty item received we will send you a Paid Return Label with instructions on how to return it, you will receive a replacement of your order or a full refund.
For Change of Mind circumstances, we are happy for you to return your order within 07 to 14 days of receiving it as long the item is not used in the original retail box. Customers are responsible for the cost for return shipping of the products.
