Returns will be handled under Australian Consumer Law.
We reserve the right to repair or replaced good where a minor fault is identified. Should the purchaser feel the product is faulty we ask that you first advise us to confirm the return delivery process. You will be required to cover the costs of return freight (you need to provide a freight return cost first for our approval as we may provide a booking via our courier, if we can obtain a lower price). Upon return if a fault is identified we will resolve this under Australian Consumer Law - if a return is made and no fault exists with the product you will be liable for the freight back to us, and for use to resend the product back to you. If there is a fault we will cover the freight costs.
No returns for change of mind or the product not meeting your expectations - you are responsible for reading the description and viewing the pictures. If you have a question ask BEFORE an order is placed.
