Change of mind:
DigiAussie™ will provide 14-day money-back guarantee if you are not satisfied or changed your mind before using the product you may request to return the item(s) within 14 days from the invoice date at your expense. You must return items in their original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them with all the original accessories. A 10% restocking fee will be charged from the total order amount.
Dead on Arrival (DOA) or Faulty Item Cases:
DigiAussie™ will provide a 30-day return policy from the day of invoice on all items if the user finds that the item is not as described or damaged due to insufficient packaging/ dead on arrival (no fees will be administered). DigiAussie™ will pay for the return postage fees and will replace the product at no costs for the buyer.
Warranty Claim and Return Procedure:
In the event of returns due to warranty claims, DOA or money back cases, the customer will be required to contact DigiAussie™ via Catch messages to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) case number. Afterward, you will be asked to send the item back in its original packaging with all contents. For warranty cases only, the return postage will be shouldered by the customer. Once the item has been received, inspected and manufacturer’s defect is verified, a refund payment or replacement (if available) will be processed back to the customer.
