Direct Dist has been sourcing great product since 2002. It has steadily grown since and is consistently expanding and adding new brands to the range.


Defects
We request that you inspect the goods on delivery within seven (7) days of delivery. During this time, please message us via your Catch account to inform us of any alleged defect, shortage in quantity, damage or incorrect item.


We may require defective goods to be returned to us for inspection prior to a resolution being offered. Where an item is found to be defective, a resolution will be processed, of either a refund, repair of the goods, or replacement.

Faulty/Damaged Returns
Returns will only be accepted provided that:
The Seller has agreed in writing to accept the return of the Goods;
The Seller will not be liable for Goods which have not been stored or used in a proper manner; 
Where possible, the Goods are returned in the condition in which they were delivered and with all packaging material, brochures and instruction material in as new condition as is reasonably possible in the circumstances.


Change of mind
In case of Change of Mind, please contact us via your Catch account to initiate a return.


Change of mind returns must be in new, unused condition with all packaging and tags in tact. A return must be lodged within 14 days of receiving the product.


Upon return, we will offer a refund for the product, excluding any shipping charges. Return postage is at the expense of the customer.
