Shoppers can expect our products to be very well priced, simply because we have essentially eliminated the middleman wholesaler, distributor, and other unnecessary rentals or overhead.
If you wish to return an item once it has been received, please inform us and return the item within 14 days of receiving your item. Please send it back to us in its original packaging and unused condition. A refund will be issued when the item is received by us. For hygiene reasons we do not allow return or change of mind Pet Beds. Please ensure you select these items carefully before purchase. Your refund total will equal the merchandise price, less the actual shipping costs associated with both initial and return shipment. This is irrespective of any free, discounted or any other type of shipping promotion that may have been applicable at the time of your order. The cost of the return will be your responsibility unless the item is damaged.
Items returned must be in 'as-new' condition and packaged securely in the original packaging. This means you have not used, assembled, damaged, washed or laundered any of the items.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that returned items are returned safely. We take no responsibility for items lost in transit.
