We currently DO NOT ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. Please provide a standard street address for your order.

Return Policy:


1. Return Eligibility:


Your satisfaction is our priority. If products purchased from Edifier do not meet your expectations or if you've changed your mind, you may return them within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund.


To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
(a) It must be in new, unused, unworn, unopened condition with all original packaging, accessories (including warranty cards and product manuals/instructions), and tags intact.
(b) Any package seals (if applicable) must be unbroken.
(c) It must be in resalable condition.
(d) It must be undamaged.


2. Return Process:


To start a return, please contact our customer support team at [support@ventmere.zendesk.com]. You will receive a return authorization and detailed instructions on how to return your item.


3. Return Shipping:


You are responsible for the cost and risk associated with returning the goods, including return shipping costs. If we do not receive the item, you will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. We recommend insuring high-value items you return due to a change of mind.


If the returned item does not meet the conditions of this policy, you will be responsible for the cost of having the goods returned to your specified address.


Please note that we do not accept change of mind returns for intimates, including underwear, hosiery, socks, swimwear, and adult toys due to hygienic reasons.


4. Refunds:


Edifier Australia will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. For items directed to our Returns Centre, it may take up to 30 days to process the refund after we receive the returned item. In many cases, you will receive the refund sooner.


5. Damaged or Defective Items:


If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will provide instructions on how to return the item or request photographic evidence to assess the damage. We will then arrange for a replacement or refund.
