My order has arrived damaged. What should I do?
Should your order arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately through the Catch Messaging Portal to arrange for a replacement, exchange or refund.
When possible, please retain the packaging that your order arrives in. This will assist in returning the item to us at no charge.
I've changed my mind. Can I refund or exchange my purchase?
Please retain your invoice and contact us through the Catch Messaging Portal within 14 days of order received along with the details of the item you wish to refund or exchange.
Note: Shipping charges will only be refunded in the case of a error. If you have changed your mind about your online purchase, all return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
