1. Fab Deals will allow a return where you have changed your mind, provided that the item in question is:
returned within 14 days of receiving order;
- as new and is not used, worn, or opened and has all original packaging and tags in-tact (including any package seals (if any) being unbroken).
in a resalable condition; and
not damaged in any way.
2. We cannot accept change-of-mind returns on items that come in sealed packages or boxes where the seals are damaged or broken.
3. You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods, including the cost of return shipping. If the item is not received by Fab Deals, you will not be eligible for a return.
4. You may be provided with a refund only when the returned product is received and it complies with the requirements outlined above.
5. If the returned item does not meet the conditions of this policy, you will be responsible for the cost of receiving your returned goods back to your nominated address.

INCORRECT OR FAULTY GOODS
Our quality control teams do inspect all deliveries to ensure the products you receive meet our exact quality standards. However, if you do receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us to arrange a return delivery and a refund or exchange. The return must be received by Fab Deals within 30 days.


Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund or replacement for a major problem with a product covered by Consumer Guarantees.
Strictly, no refund on personal items or if you have opened the box.
Address Change
If you enter the incorrect name or shipping details and the item is returned to us, you will be subject to a return to sender fee if we are unable to change the details before despatch, and a reshipping fee (dependent on the items weight). We are not responsible for these changes if there is a mistake entered by the customer.
Shipping
We will endeavour to deliver the goods to your nominated delivery address within the time specified. We are not liable for any losses incurred due to regular post delays.
