Return Policy
Fantasy offers 14 days return policy for all items. We only accept return requests for items that are unopened, or unused, with the original accessories still intact. The product must be in its original packaging. If you wish to return your item, we must receive your request within 14 days of the date you received your item. If the product's packaging has been opened or damaged, we may decline the return completely. You are responsible for return postage. Please ensure the product is well packaged. For peace of mind with high-value products we recommend Registered Post with tracking and insurance coverage, otherwise, we may not be able to assist you if the product goes missing in transit.
Warranty
Fantasy provides 12 months Seller warranty for all items that cover manufacturer defects only.
Due to hygiene issues, all personal products, such as earphones, watches, etc., will not be accepted if the return request is once opened the packaging.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
