The shipping charges of your original order are non-refundable.

We do not accept liability for any product(s) that are damaged in transit during the return process so please ensure that the packaging and delivery method are secure..

Should you need to return an item, simply contact us advising the reason for return and we will contact you with the information on how to return the product. Please note that we require contact prior to any product return, we will provide you with a specific returns address. (Returns should not be sent to the shipping address listed on the parcel). We'll notify you of your refund once we've received the goods and processed the refund."

We have tens of thousands of products on our site.
Some of the products have measurements and some do not. We will not issue a refund for a product without measurements, due to the size.
Please make sure the product you are ordering meets all of your requirements, including size, before placing your order.
In the event a product does not match its description, please contact us via Catch Messaging Portal with details and photos. The same is true for colour as different monitors display colours according to user settings.
Finally, manufacturers may change packaging styles before they update our images. The product is exactly as described, but the packing may look different. These are not caused for return/credit.
