Firma Wholesalers is an Australian organisation which deals in Household Electrical Appliances and garden maintenance equipment. We deal directly with the consumers at wholesale direct prices.
Firma Wholesalers will only accept returns if the item received is DOA. Firma Wholesalers will either repair or replace the product at their cost. The cost to return the product to Firma Wholesalers will be borne by the customer. Upon receipt, if the product is deemed to be working normally, Firma Wholesalers will endeavour to return the product to the customer and return shipping fees will be charged prior. In event that the product is not picked up or shipping fees not paid within 40 days, Firma Wholesalers reserve the right to dispose of the product and claim costs from the customer. Firma Wholesalers will not accept returns simply because of change of mind. All returns for DOA must be communicated in writing to Firma Wholesalers within 7 days upon receipt of the product. Any communication received after the initial 7 day period will not be entertained.
